1985 Fort Pewter General Jackson Showboat Opryland USA Miniature Plate rare find

Description

Up for sale is a miniature plate with the image of the General Jackson Riverboat / Showboat.  Under the image of the Gen. Jackson is the following text… “Opryland, USA”. A series of arches rings the plate outer edge.  The back of the plate is marked “Pewter Fort 1985” and the Fort logo is at the center. The plate measures 1-3/4” diameter.  One of the attachments shows the small plate next to a shot glass for size perspective.  This is a rare find for a Fort Pewter collector.  Also, of interest to a collector of Opryland USA memorabilia.  Opryland USA or Opryland Themepark was an amusement park in suburban Nashville, Tennessee that closed in 1997.
