Grand Ole Opry House Hanging Trivet Spoon Holder Blue & White Ceramic Vintage.
Bought in the 70's at a souvenir shop at the Grand Ole Opry House.  It's in excellent condition except for a small  chip on the back side between the hanging hole and edge.  See pics.  This happened shortly after buying it.  Since that time it was displayed behind glass as part of a souvenir collection.
Plate stand isn't included.
7 1/2 " - tall.
5 " - wide.
(All measurements are done by hand, so they're approximate.)
