Great vintage black velvet Kentucky USA pillow cover. Laid flat, sides measure 17” long (not including fringe). I see three tiny holes on back (see photo). Classic iconic images of Horse and cardinals in bright colors on velvet. Yellow fringe trim. Red lightweight fabric back. Slip a pillow form in for a great kitschy throw pillow. I am selling a Nashville pillow cover separately, I’m happy to combine shipping if you buy both.
