  • Condition: The 19" x 4" yellow and black paper banner sign is tacked to a 1/2" thick rigid fiberboard and covered by a layer of shrinkwrap plastic. As found,the plastic wrap shows some wear. The corners were bumped and then wrapped. Overall, it has a nice vintage look.

    Because 4-letter abbreviations of state names was replaced by 2-letter abbreviations in 1963, such helps date the origin of the souvenir banner.This is of my youth. I recognize the mid-century look and feeling. The Old Mill is a 200 year old mill that adapted to the times to become a visitor destination. The arrival of Dollywood in 1986 re-focused its appeal to tourists. Bless Dolly, herself a national treasure.
