Full Wednesday, Aug. 7 schedule at the 2024 Paris Olympics

We’ve reached the stretch run of the 2024 Paris Olympics, but there’s still plenty of action left in these Summer Games.
The schedule on Wednesday, Aug. 7 is a promising one, with Team USA facing Nigeria in the quarterfinals of the women’s basketball competition. There are also quarterfinals in men’s and women’s beach volleyball, men’s handball and men’s water polo, as well as semifinal matches in women’s field hockey and men’s volleyball.
American star Noah Lyles will be back on the Stade de France track for the men’s 200m semifinals, and the men’s 400m finals are also on tap. Round 1 of the women’s golf event will get underway, too. Medals will be awarded in artistic swimming, boxing, cycling, sailing, skateboarding, sport climbing, track and field, taekwondo, track and field, weightlifting and wrestling.
